Pratice 9-29-03
First Monday Pratice.
Did the usual warm up drills. Ran three laps, I kept up with Ryan pretty well, we sprinted the last 20 meters or so. It was fun.
We ran the Box drill, the whole team seems to be getting flow down a little bit better.
Adam has lots of good drills for helping move the stack down the field.
Toward the end of pratice, with was early yet again casue the lights arnt coming on any more for some reason, We wanted to scrimmage but it was all ready getting too dark. So Jeremy gave us a choice,
1. Two Fast Indian laps
2. Sprint straights, Jog corners
We did the Indian laps... Toward the end I though I was going to die... but I didnt so thats good, Got pratice again today... I cant wait
Goals:
-Work on Stamina
-Harder Cuts
-Stay with man
